The University of Lagos Centre for Housing and Sustainable Development has partnered with REDAN to launch a capacity-building program in Nigerian real estate, addressing issues like regulatory non-compliance. The initiative aims to transform developers into skilled, ethical professionals, ultimately tackling Nigeria’s housing deficit and restoring trust in the sector.
